at 3 in the morning I share with you a couple articles I read in regards to the importance of sleep:

While I'm not getting the sleep I need, I've also diagnosed myself as bi-polar. I fit many of the symptoms according to the TV show HOUSE, which has become my new addiction... because I always find myself addicted to something, I can relate to the good doctor.... love the wit, character development, problem solving and.. I feel like i'm learning things watching the show.
Also, all my life I've sucked at running, so.. trying to do it regularly and hopefully adopt it as a new addiction, or stress reliever... my lb Phi suggested a couple of links:

I love my sleep, it doesn't help when my bed is so comfortable.
